Our 17 Bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms with
shower facilities. We consider our Mountain View bedrooms
to be some of the most spacious rooms you would hope to find
in Scotland. The rooms are all quite individually furnished
and decorated. Some are with double beds and some with 2 single
beds (twin bedded rooms). The rooms to the front of the building
are generally larger and have great views of the Spean
Valley, hills and mountain range. We class these as 'mountain
view' rooms and there is a small surcharge for these rooms.
The rooms at the back of the house have views of the property,
some with nice garden views too. Unusual is The Turret Room,
where the best views are no doubt from the bathroom! The popular
Turret Room, built into the top turret of the Lodge, is quite
large with a small seating area and can be easily converted
to a family room if required. Two of our rooms are Four-Posters
and these are very well furnished and larger still. The Braveheart
Suite is even larger and occupies the top corner of the
building. We have had some very well known guests stay in
this room and it is popular with Honeymooners and for those
special occasions. The Braveheart Suite is so called as nearby
is the setting of many of the dramatic scenes from the film
Braveheart which stared Mel Gibson.
No
matter which room you stay in, all are extremely well equipped
with:
direct
dialling telephones
data ports
colour satellite television
tea & coffee making facilities
hairdryers and toiletries for your use
